At this multi-faceted job you are responsible for setting up and maintaining customer relationships. In addition to being a Customer Service Employee, you will also act as an Administrative Assistant and keep a close eye on the associated tasks.

  • 4-8 years experience in Customer Service & Administrative Assistant position;
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication, both to customers and employees. The language Dutch and English are required and French and German are a great advantage;
  • Working across various cultures, work syles and levels within a global supply chain is not a problem to you;
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office Skills;
  • QuickBooks and NetSuite knowledge, or the ability to learn this programs;
  • Demonstrable leadership customer service experience in the b2b model;
  • A positive attitude is highly appreciated.
