Without Your efforts, the products will not reach MGG's customers on time. Your role is crucial in this process to keep production running at customers such as Daimler, Mercedes, Volvo and Rehema. Are You looking for a job where you can start as a production employee and where You can get oportunity for a contract with the customer? Then we are looking for YOU!
Your activities include pressing, grinding, sawing, milling, coring, blasting and impregnating castings. These activities are often done manually. Experience with hand tools is important! MGG is constantly busy with automatisation, which is why high-tech robots are ready for You at the FInishing Department! These robots take a lot of the heavy lifting off Your hands. You put the castings in the robot and it grinds, saws and mills the castings. You check the products when they come out of the robot. Customers (including Volvo, Daimler, DAF, Porsche) set high standards, making an eye for quality an important topic at the Finishing Department.
You are not afraid of getting dirty black hands and clothes, after all you work in a foundry where there is a lot of dust and black sand. After your shift you can use the showers in the changing rooms so that you can go home refreshed and satisfied.
To get started at the Finishing Department, it is important that You have experience with the above activities. Do you have no experience with this but You have a feeling for technology? Then there are also plenty of opportunities. Working in the Finishing Department is physically demanding work where You spend all day manually machining the heavy castings.
What we also find important is that:
You know that You have work fisically hard because of the speciefic roduct. You know also how to get things done,
You can work under time pressure and You will have to reach Your numbers every day.
You are speaking English or Dutch, or German.
You have Your own accomodation and own transport.
You are avalaible for fulltie work in 3 shifts: 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. / 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. / 10 p.m. - 6 a.m.
MGG, with locations in Venlo (Tegelen, Blerick) and Nieuw-Bergen, has mastered the art of shaping liquid aluminum into complex castings that are mechanically processed and assembled into high-quality products that find their destination all over the world.
