The Accounts Payable officer is responsible for keeping a complete overview and clear up concerns regaring the Accounts payable processes. As this is a new role for Samsung, there is a lot of room for own suggestions and defining the role for you self.

Your main responsibilities are:

• To perform accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
• Provide financial and administrative support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are properly booked, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
• Secure the general accounting activities are properly executed and work with management and other departments in whole Europe to ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of financials, reconciliations, audits.

Job requirements

Requirements:

• You have a bachelor's degree in the direction of accounting and controlling;
• You have at least 5 years of account payable experience in a big organization;
• You are not easily stressed and know how to prioritize;
• You are good with Excel and SAP;
• You are fluent in English;
• You like to work in an international environment.
• You are able to take public transportation to Schiphol. ( For example you live in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam etc. etc.)
