About the job

We are looking for an all-round warehouse employee for our logistics employer in Tilburg. The company is located in the Kraaiven industrial estate in Tilburg and manages the distribution for an online pet store.
It concerns a versatile function:

  • You will be order picking with a voice picking system, possibly with an EPT truck
  • You are responsible for loading and unloading trucks and containers
  • You also pack shipments carefully and check them before they leave

Job requirements

Are you excited to get started within this organization? Then you have the following knowledge and skills;

  • You have demonstrable experience in logistics
  • Experience of driving an EPT truck is a plus
  • You have no difficulty with physically demanding activities (up to 20 kg)
  • You are fulltime available
  • You master the English language
  • You are available to work in 2 shifts and also on weekends!

About the company

Our client is a leading logistics company located at various locations throughout the Netherlands. For this position you will work at the location on the Kraaiven industrial estate in Tilburg. The location is easily accessible by car from Tilburg, Breda and Den-Bosch, and also limited by public transport.

What we offer

For this challenging job we offer you:

  • A gross hourly wage of € 10.50 excluding allowances
  • If you work after 6 p.m. or on Saturday, you will receive 125% and 150% on Sunday
  • A travel allowance of a maximum of € 6.20

Unfortunately, Start People does not offer housing. If you wish to work for Start People, you need to arrange housing in the Netherlands or in the Dutch border area.

If you have the intention to stay in the Netherlands for more than four months, you must register in the personal records database of the city you live in. To do this, go to the town hall of the city where you are going to live. You will then receive a citizen service number (BSN). With this number, your employer can register you, for example, at the Tax Authorities/ Doctors, hospitals and pharmacies can also ask you for your BSN. If you intend to stay in the Netherlands for less than four months, registration in to the personal record database is not obligated. If you still want a citizen service number, you must register in the personal record database of the city you live in. 

We can help you make an appointment to get your BSN number, but you must go to the appointment yourself. 
You need a valid ID, BSN number on an original document from either the Tax Authorities or City (Hall) you are registered in, and a European bank account number (IBAN) in your name.
