For one of the leaders in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Digital Engagement Coordinator. Are you an expert in marketing and app development? In this role as Digital Engagement Coordinator you will be part of the digital marketing team. You'll be working at the marketing department of the European headquarters at Hoofddorp.

Your main duties will be related to the operational activities needed for the assigned projects with the strategy and targets as set by the Customer Engagement Lead.
Therefore you'll be coordinating activities related to the project development of all apps provided by the company and you will be responsible for coordinating the engagement activities with customers.
The purpose of this is to create loyal customers and make them willing to recommend the brand to other potential customers. To achieve this you will be engaging with customers in all touchpoints, using all the available digital platforms. You share the potential and usage of the apps and other tools to increase retention and engagement.

To make sure the company is up to date with all the latest trends, you are well abreast of all innovations and benchmark of the automotive industry.

Your main accountabilities will be:

  • Coordinate app projects and activities related to project development of all company apps;
  • Maintaining contact with relevant stakeholders involved in the development;
  • Securing the delivery and release on time of features and enhancements;
  • Ensure tool Instore Configurator is adopted by the dealer network
  • Provide support to users, local distributors and dealers, in order to secure full successful experience of the usage of, instore configurator and apps integrated with CRM platform.
  • Ensure that all activities run with the available budget.
  • Monitor, analyze and generate insights about apps behaviors, identifying areas of improvement and propose optimization.

Job requirements

  • A bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Marketing;
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience;
  • Functional knowledge in the field of Digital Marketing;
  • Any knowledge of Mobile Marketing is a plus;
  • Knowledge of behavior of customers using mobile apps;
  • Knowledge of Firebase, app stores, app analytics and KPI's;
  • Experience with mobile app campaigns and track systems;
  • A fluent proficiency in the English language, any other European language is an advantage.

About the company

The European head quarters of a world wide known A-brand in the automotive industry.

This location is easily accessible from Amsterdam, Leiden, Den Haag and Utrecht. However, during the covid-19 period you will work from home. The client will facilitaite you well so you'll be succesfull working from your home office.

To do this, go to the town hall of the city where you are going to live. You will then receive a citizen service number (BSN). With this number, your employer can register you, for example, at the Tax Authorities/ Doctors, hospitals and pharmacies can also ask you for your BSN. If you intend to stay in the Netherlands for less than four months, registration in to the personal record database is not obligated. If you still want a citizen service number, you must register in the personal record database of the city you live in. 

We can help you make an appointment to get your BSN number, but you must go to the appointment yourself. 
You need a valid ID, BSN number on an original document from either the Tax Authorities or City (Hall) you are registered in, and a European bank account number (IBAN) in your name.
