About the job

For our client ID Logistics in Den Bosch, we are looking for new warehouse employees! You will work for the stores of Intratuin (Home tools and accessories, Pet supplies and Outdoor furniture). Does this sound interesting? Then read on and apply directly!

Together with your colleagues you are the center of the logistics process and production. You will be responsible to stock the stores with the right products, so your effort is crucial!
As soon as the products have been delivered at the warehouse, you will divide all the items over various pallets destined for different locations of Intratuin all over the Netherlands, Belguim and Germany.

During your workday you will have different tasks, such as sorting out items, wrapping them in plastics or even transport the prepared order to Outbound (using an EPT). This means that you work day is never boring, you will not stand still and no day looks the same!
You will work in a dynamic environment in two shifts from Monday to Friday. The working hours are from 05:45-14:45 and 15:15- 00:15.

You are available full-time in 2 shifts (05:45-14:45 and 15:15-00:15);

  • You speak and understand the English language;
  • You are able to perform physical work, because you are standing all day and might work with heavy products (together with your colleagues);
  • You have your own transport and are able to get to work yourself;
  • You are available at short term and for a longer period;
  • You are a team player and can work as well in in a team as independently;

About the company

ID Logistics is a major logistics and international player and has been around for 20 years! The company has several locations within the Netherlands, but also the rest of Europe and has the ambitions to become even bigger and better known. You will work within the modern distribution center in Den Bosch. A new warehouse was built here in October 2020 for the distribution activity for Intratuin, which has 67 stores in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The products you will be working with for Intratuin include tools, home accessories, pet supplies and garden furniture. Can you already imagine how cool it is to prepare the stores for the Christmas period?!

ID Logistics strives for a pleasant working atmosphere for everyone. What we offer

A full-time job and guarantee of permanent work in 2 shifts (05:45-14:45 and 15:15-00:15);

  • A gross hourly wage of €10.98. This is supplemented by a 20% surcharge after 6:00 PM. This together makes a net monthly salary of +/- €1760.
  • No experience? No problem! You will be guided by a buddy in your first week until you can get started independently and after that you get total freedom to take up your tasks and responsibilities in your way!
  • You start with a contract for a definite period of time, with the prospect of a permanent contract with ID Logistics;
  • Career opportunities to get a Reach or Forklift certificate;
  • You will work in a close-knit team with approximately 35 colleagues;
  • You will receive a travel allowance from 10 km one way. Maximum daily allowance €6.42;

Yes, we are a member of ABU: the branch organization of the temporary employment sector. This organization guarantees that its members act according to the Dutch law. 
You are more than welcome at our office in Venlo, where our recruiters can talk to you in either Dutch, English, German and/or Polish.
If you work via Start People it is possible to, I some cases,  use one of our collective health insurance policies. However, if you want to stay in The Netherlands for a longer period of time, we advise you to arrange health insurance yourself.  
Some companies we work with only offer day shifts, but the most companies offer several shifts (morning-, day and night shifts). It is often not possible to work structurally in one specific shift.
Unfortunately, one of these three languages is required to find a job via Start People. It is important that you can communicate with our colleagues and your manager at work.
Yes, you can choose between a weekly or a 4-weekly payment of your salary.
If you want to work in The Netherlands, you should be able to arrage your own transportation. Also, traveling together with other people is not preferred due to the flexibility you need for several jobs. 
Unfortunately, Start People does not offer housing. If you wish to work for Start People, you need to arrange housing in the Netherlands or in the Dutch border area.

If you have the intention to stay in the Netherlands for more than four months, you must register in the personal records database of the city you live in. To do this, go to the town hall of the city where you are going to live. You will then receive a citizen service number (BSN). With this number, your employer can register you, for example, at the Tax Authorities/ Doctors, hospitals and pharmacies can also ask you for your BSN. For more information, visit the website of the City where you live or visit www.burgerservicenummer.nl.

If you intend to stay in the Netherlands for less than four months, registration in to the personal record database is not obligated. If you still want a citizen service number, you must register in the personal record database of the city you live in. 

We can help you make an appointment to get your BSN number, but you must go to the appointment yourself. 
You need a valid ID, BSN number on an original document from either the Tax Authorities or City (Hall) you are registered in, and a European bank account number (IBAN) in your name.
