At FrieslandCampina in Amersfoort are we looking for an enthusiastic Communication and Change Officer, who will support our Cheetah Change Management and Roll-out.
You will be involved in in various areas in the first few weeks.

What are you going to do at this job?

Approach:

  • Onboarding to program Cheetah (end to end change program around Master Data Management)
  • Driving change in various Operating Companies in line with scope and timing

Cheetah program
1. Champion change

  • Acts as change champion/agent for the rollout

2. Drive rollout in an efficient and effective

  • Drive and PM the rollout for the assigned OpCo(s), including develop and track project plan & status, identify and flag risks or blockers, escalate to program manager/leadership where needed
  • Drive and facilitate the completion of the change impact workshop and deliverables, with guidance from central or local change leads. Drive CR process if applicable.
  • Actively reach out to authorization team to obtain relevant access rights to systems
  • Set up placeholders for meetings (or delegate as appropriate), and monitor key users are setting up end-user trainings
  • drive periodic meetings throughout the rollout with key users to act as support (e.g. train the trainer queries, feedback, metrics tracking, lessons learnt)
  • Actively send reminders to relevant teams (business, project, or ED) when upcoming workload is expected

A. Enhance global toolkit:

  • Consolidation of template documents (trainings, presentations, questionnaires, stakeholder map and communication plan, other change management documents e.g. change story)
  • Best practice analysis: working together with project, change managers from other departments to improve the toolset used
  • Regular update of template documents

B. Drive workshop and training preparation and facilitation; responsible for follow up and after work
C. Drive coordination of project for creation and publishing of online training materials; training and information materials for business as usual activities and classroom trainings
D. Create content and momentum for communications via: Yammer, newsletter, targeted e-mail communication
E. Support creation of overall end-to-end to-be process and roles and responsibilities matrix with the project team
F. Support creation of overall end-to-end as-is process mapping and roles and responsibilities matrix with the local teams

Job requirements

You:

  • are fluent in English, as English is the main language spoken/written at this job;
  • have a higher professional education work and thinking level;
  • have gained business economic experience during your studies and / or work;
  • has good communication skills and can work well in a team;
  • have experience with SAP and are an experienced Excel user;
  • are creative and can work in a solution-oriented way;
  • can set priorities well.

EnterpriseData team is responsible for a wide range of support activities: SAP/DSP authorisation setup, masterdata maintenance, governance and projects (like our Cheetah program), all kinds of reporting - like data quality -, etc.
You will join our Cheetah team.

What we offer

You will be employed by Start People Zuivel (part of Start People B.V.) and will work for our client FrieslandCampina in Amersfoort.

Contract: temporary employment (bepaalde tijd) until the end of November 2021, with the prospect of extension.

Number of hours: 32 hours per week (parttime)

Working hours: Office hours

Working days: Monday to Friday

Salary: € 2786 - € 3425 gross per month based on 36 hours worked per week

If you work via Start People it is possible to, I some cases,  use one of our collective health insurance policies. However, if you want to stay in The Netherlands for a longer period of time, we advise you to arrange health insurance yourself.  
Some companies we work with only offer day shifts, but the most companies offer several shifts (morning-, day and night shifts). It is often not possible to work structurally in one specific shift.
Unfortunately, one of these three languages is required to find a job via Start People. It is important that you can communicate with our colleagues and your manager at work.
Yes, you can choose between a weekly or a 4-weekly payment of your salary.
If you want to work in The Netherlands, you should be able to arrage your own transportation. Also, traveling together with other people is not preferred due to the flexibility you need for several jobs. 
Unfortunately, Start People does not offer housing. If you wish to work for Start People, you need to arrange housing in the Netherlands or in the Dutch border area.

If you have the intention to stay in the Netherlands for more than four months, you must register in the personal records database of the city you live in. To do this, go to the town hall of the city where you are going to live. You will then receive a citizen service number (BSN). With this number, your employer can register you, for example, at the Tax Authorities/ Doctors, hospitals and pharmacies can also ask you for your BSN. If you intend to stay in the Netherlands for less than four months, registration in to the personal record database is not obligated. If you still want a citizen service number, you must register in the personal record database of the city you live in. 

We can help you make an appointment to get your BSN number, but you must go to the appointment yourself. 
You need a valid ID, BSN number on an original document from either the Tax Authorities or City (Hall) you are registered in, and a European bank account number (IBAN) in your name.
