About the job

Variation in location, so that you take on a new challenge every day in a different place. A high work pace, so that you can motivate yourself every day to achieve your targets. And working in an international team, so that you can learn something new from your colleagues every day. That's what a job as an inventory assistant at RGIS is all about.
Would you like to know more about an average working day at RGIS?

Here is an employee talking:
“I start my day at the central station in Eindhoven. My colleagues and I gather here to continue our journey from there to the location where we are working that day. We do this by bus or by car. I like driving and I also have my driver's license, so I am often the driver. The places where we have to go differ from day to day. Sometimes we work in Eindhoven itself and sometimes we work in a city like Tilburg.
As soon as we are on location, we get a starting point and the hand scanners are handed out. The scanners are intended to count the products with. After this has been done I can get started with my work along with the rest of my colleagues. I do this for an average of 4 or 5 hours a day, with a break in between. The breaks are always fun, because you have them with your whole team.
I always try to count the products as quickly as possible. I do this whilst paying close attention, because I don't want to make mistakes. The reason I want to count so quickly is because then I get promoted faster. There are four different levels, right now I'm working in the second level, but I really want to move up because then I get paid a bit more.
When I'm done with work, I travel home with the rest of my colleagues. Sometimes I’m very tired and one of my other colleagues with a driver's license will be the driver.
I often come home satisfied from all the hard work I did that day, which is why I continue to enjoy the work. “

Does this sound like a fun experience to you? Then apply above!
We will contact you after your application. In order to start at RGIS, you must first pass a counting test. This is important, because you will be doing the inventory of different stores and making mistakes costs money.
When you have passed the counting test you can start your training. The training is paid, a one-off and is held in Nieuwegein. In this training you will receive an explanation about the system and the scanner that you will be working with. Then you take another test and after that you can get started! As quickly and effectively as possible, because that way you can level up.
