The department Cleanroom Logistics is responsible for streamlining both the incoming and outgoing physical and administrative material flow. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within this manufacturing environment. The mission of the material handler is to arrange a flawless material flow within the TF Factory, both administrative and physical.

Job Description

  • Ensures on time material delivery from warehouse
  • Identifies and communicates deviations both in quantity, article nr. And scheduled delivery time
  • Takes necessary correcting actions after identifying deviations
  • Pick , book factory make items to order ,from cleanroom inventory

Inventory management

  • Manage inventory at the work center
  • Book material from and to inventory
  • Weekly based inventory count

Troubleshooting

  • Resolving picking errors and incorrect deliveries in cooperation with the Warehouse Operation Support, Production Planner, MICC etc.
    Defects
  • Correct and quick dispatching of materials requested by production as replacement for defect parts or for analysis purposes

Transport

  • Moving orders to their production destination
  • Return empty tooling, packaging and transport tooling to warehouse (return flow)

Reverse Logistics

  • Return parts to the warehouse ( according to return to stock flow)
  • Scrap defect or obsolete parts
  • Return rejected production parts to the suppliers
  • Commit to the standards and continuously improve the standards by initiating improvements (kaizens) and eliminating waste from the process where possible.
  • Supports good teamwork by searching for solutions and ideas by working together with colleagues, involving them in day to day activities and sharing knowledge to improve.

Job requirements

Candidate must be able to work punctually, accurately and under pressure. Candidates who have experience with production planning within a small company, would fit perfectly in this role. Troubleshooting experience within a warehouse environment is also a possibility. The role does have a physical aspect, but the focus is on the administrative / process coordination tasks.

  • MBO (logistics or equivalent) or higher;
  • 3 - 10 years of logistical experience;
  • High tech affinity:;
  • Experience with ERP system is a must Specific SAP experience is an advantage;
  • Independent, proactive, responsible, team player, good communication skills, stress resistant and flexible;
  • Fluent in Dutch (preferably) and English verbally and written;

This organization is an innovation leader in the semiconductor industry. They provide chipmakers with everything they need – hardware, software and services – to mass produce patterns on silicon through lithography.

As a Material Handler You will report to the teamleader Cleanroom Logistics and perform your work in the cleanroom. Candidate will work in 2 shifts. From 6:30-15:30 / 15:00 to 0:00 and one weekend a month. Candidate Will have 2 or 4 weekdays off (depending on upturn or downturn schedule) in order to compensate for the working weekend

Reason for the vacancy: Due to forecast on current production plan 2020/2021.

What we offer

Start date: asap;
End date: 24 months from start date;
Minimum available hours: 40 hours;
Salary: between €2800,- en €3500,-. Based on age and experience.

You need a valid ID, BSN number on an original document from either the Tax Authorities or City (Hall) you are registered in, and a European bank account number (IBAN) in your name.
