We are looking for a master data employee for an international pharmaceutical organization in Breda.

You are responsible for the following tasks in a day:

  • Creates material stocks on the MRP system to support product launch / life cycle management, including ABR site planning and procurement processes;
  • Collaborates with a variety of stakeholder groups such as Finance, Distribution, Customer Service and Quality and BPO Master Data;
  • Verifies the correct setting of information in the system and maintains accurate information in the material master files;
  • Understands Change Control and ensures a quick follow-up of activities in close cooperation with the SCPM team;
  • Maintains accurate information in the BOM and performs a second BOM review;
  • Coordinates and performs monthly master data checks;
  • Guarantees the in-house quality of data entry in SAP;
  • Monitors and follows up exception reporting;
  • Monitors workload versus capacity with the other Master Data Team members in close collaboration with SCP;
  • Sets priorities in various tasks and regularly informs all concerned departments about upcoming workloads;
  • Writes and maintains SOPs and other (un) audited documents;
  • Provides business process guidance to internal customers on the workflow process
    .

The team in which you will work currently consists of two employees. You also work closely with the other department who are involved.

Job requirements

You are the ideal candidate we are looking for, if you meet the following requirements:
Minimum requirements:

  • MBO / HBO;
  • Experience with SAP;
  • Fluent in Dutch / English, both orally and in writing;
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and being able to work easily with new software.

Preference Requirements:

  • Experience in a pharmaceutical / GMP environment;
  • Experience in a Supply Chain environment;
  • Master data experience;
  • Precise;
  • Ability to work in an intense and changing environment;
  • Able to complete tasks and motivate others to meet deadlines.

What we offer

If you are going to start as the new master data colleague, we can offer you the following:

  • Parttime function for 24- 32 hours a week;
  • Gross monthly salary between € 1,450 and € 1,730 based on 24 hours;
  • Travel allowance of € 0.19 per KM;
  • Annual contract, with a view to extension;

Yes, we are a member of ABU: the branch organization of the temporary employment sector. This organization guarantees that its members act according to the Dutch law.

Yes, you can choose between a weekly or a 4-weekly payment of your salary.
If you want to work in The Netherlands, you should be able to arrage your own transportation. Also, traveling together with other people is not preferred due to the flexibility you need for several jobs. 
Unfortunately, Start People does not offer housing. If you wish to work for Start People, you need to arrange housing in the Netherlands or in the Dutch border area.

If you have the intention to stay in the Netherlands for more than four months, you must register in the personal records database of the city you live in. To do this, go to the town hall of the city where you are going to live. You will then receive a citizen service number (BSN). With this number, your employer can register you, for example, at the Tax Authorities/ Doctors, hospitals and pharmacies can also ask you for your BSN. For more information, visit the website of the City where you live or visit www.burgerservicenummer.nl.

If you intend to stay in the Netherlands for less than four months, registration in to the personal record database is not obligated. If you still want a citizen service number, you must register in the personal record database of the city you live in. 

We can help you make an appointment to get your BSN number, but you must go to the appointment yourself. 
You need a valid ID, BSN number on an original document from either the Tax Authorities or City (Hall) you are registered in, and a European bank account number (IBAN) in your name.
