For a new warehouse in Den Bosch we are recruiting warehouse employees who want to be part of the exciting start up. Are you up for this and willing to take on the responsibility?
The main activities will consist of picking orders, packing them and making them ready for shipment. But an important part will also be processing the goods that are coming into the warehouse. They need to be checked, registered and then processed.
The work is done in a 2 shift system (2 ploegen) and the times are (6:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 0:00)

Job requirements

What are we looking for:

  • It is a big plus if you have experience as an orderpicker, packer, shipper, warehouse employee (logistiek medewerker). If you do not have the experience yet but you are willing to learn and show good motivation we can check the options for you.
  • You are available to work in 2 shifts (6:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 0:00) and you are looking for a fulltime job (40 hours per week)
  • You are physically able to stand and walk for an entire shift and able to pick up an move boxes.
  • If you have experience and certificates for the EPT, forklift (heftruck) or reachtruck this is a big plus.
  • You have your own accommodation and your own transport to get to the workplace.

Our customer ID Logistic opens a newly built warehouse in Hertogenbosch. There, we are looking for candidates who want to work in the logistics industry, who will become our first employees in this warehouse.
ID Logistic is an international provider of logistics services all over the world. In the new warehouse in Den Bosch You will find the products of 70 Intratuin companies. The variety of products is very large: garden tools, accessories for pets, home accessories or garden equipment.

What we offer

What we offer:

  • Money, the salary is €10.49 gross per hour and after 18:00 you get a shift allowance what makes the salary grow to €12.59.
  • You will receive travel expenses (reiskostenvergoeding) if you live more than 10 km from the workplace.
  • The NETTO salary will approximately be €1,700 for 40 hours a week,
  • 25 paid holiday days per year and 8.33% holiday bonus,
  • Salary payment can be done by week or per 4 week, you can choose what you like.

  • Possibility for training and development. For example for certificates for the forklift of reachtruck.
  • You will receive a temporary contract from Start People and with good performance and good results there are chances to get a permanent contract at IDL. (Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast).

Yes, you can choose between a weekly or a 4-weekly payment of your salary.
If you want to work in The Netherlands, you should be able to arrage your own transportation. Also, traveling together with other people is not preferred due to the flexibility you need for several jobs. 
Unfortunately, Start People does not offer housing. If you wish to work for Start People, you need to arrange housing in the Netherlands or in the Dutch border area.

If you have the intention to stay in the Netherlands for more than four months, you must register in the personal records database of the city you live in. To do this, go to the town hall of the city where you are going to live. You will then receive a citizen service number (BSN). With this number, your employer can register you, for example, at the Tax Authorities/ Doctors, hospitals and pharmacies can also ask you for your BSN. For more information, visit the website of the City where you live or visit www.burgerservicenummer.nl.

If you intend to stay in the Netherlands for less than four months, registration in to the personal record database is not obligated. If you still want a citizen service number, you must register in the personal record database of the city you live in. 

We can help you make an appointment to get your BSN number, but you must go to the appointment yourself. 
You need a valid ID, BSN number on an original document from either the Tax Authorities or City (Hall) you are registered in, and a European bank account number (IBAN) in your name.
In The Netherlands, it is not allowed to charge money for job placement services. Therefore, our services are free.
