Are you looking for a job that you can work from home and is flexible too? And do you speak Mongolian and English fluently as well? Then we’re looking for you!

You will work as a Data Entry Employee. You will look for information about companies/organizations in the Middle East. This will be done by looking at government websites, searching in databases (Chamber of Commerce for example) and sometimes by telephone. And the relevant information that you found, will be registered in the right systems. The reason why it is possible to work from home, is because of the fact that you will work with a laptop and you use the cloud. But if you prefer to work at the office, are you able to do that. This office is located in the city center of Rotterdam and you will work in a small and social team. Your team will contains mostly international people (whom speak fluently English and multiple other languages) so it is a very international environment.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in Mongolian and advanced in speaking and writing in English. This job is for 5 hours per week, that are able to be divided as you want during the week. These hours are flexible. And during bigger projects or during holidays you can work more. And they want you to stay at least 6 months, but prefer a longer period.

About the company

The office is located near to subway station Beurs, in the city center of Rotterdam. The company searches for information about companies all over the world, and specifically financial institutions and insurance companies. One of the reasons why them search for information, is to check if the companies are reliable to get invested by their clients. They do have a lot of online databases but for specific companies they can customize systems as well.

Yes, we are a member of ABU: the branch organization of the temporary employment sector. This organization guarantees that its members act according to the Dutch law. 
You are more than welcome at our office in Venlo, where our recruiters can talk to you in either Dutch, English, German and/or Polish.
If you work via Start People it is possible to, I some cases,  use one of our collective health insurance policies. However, if you want to stay in The Netherlands for a longer period of time, we advise you to arrange health insurance yourself.

Unfortunately, Start People does not offer housing. If you wish to work for Start People, you need to arrange housing in the Netherlands or in the Dutch border area.

If you have the intention to stay in the Netherlands for more than four months, you must register in the personal records database of the city you live in. To do this, go to the town hall of the city where you are going to live. You will then receive a citizen service number (BSN). With this number, your employer can register you, for example, at the Tax Authorities/ Doctors, hospitals and pharmacies can also ask you for your BSN. If you intend to stay in the Netherlands for less than four months, registration in to the personal record database is not obligated. If you still want a citizen service number, you must register in the personal record database of the city you live in. 

We can help you make an appointment to get your BSN number, but you must go to the appointment yourself. 
You need a valid ID, BSN number on an original document from either the Tax Authorities or City (Hall) you are registered in, and a European bank account number (IBAN) in your name.
