Have you secretly always wanted to work in the catering/restaurant industry, but are you not sure whether it’s something for you? Or do you already have experience, but are you looking for something flexible? Then this is the opportunity for you! We now have a parttime short-term assignment at Holiday Inn from November 10th , 2021 to November 29th , 2021 in Eindhoven.
For this assignment you will work as a server in the restaurant of the hotel. You’ll take care of the communication between guest and kitchen and you will ensure a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner experience. You’ll receive the guests with a smile and serve them with enthusiasm.
Your work consists of serving your assigned tables. You’ll do this from the moment the guests sit down until the moment they leave. You will hand out the menus, take orders, serve the tables and then clear them again. You will also help the guests with any questions they have. A smile should not be missing while doing this!
You will be scheduled in based on your availability. This can be during the week and in the weekends, both during the day and in the evenings. The working hours are from 07:00 to 12:00, 08:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 23:00.

Unfortunately, Start People does not offer housing. If you wish to work for Start People, you need to arrange housing in the Netherlands or in the Dutch border area.

If you have the intention to stay in the Netherlands for more than four months, you must register in the personal records database of the city you live in. To do this, go to the town hall of the city where you are going to live. You will then receive a citizen service number (BSN). With this number, your employer can register you, for example, at the Tax Authorities/ Doctors, hospitals and pharmacies can also ask you for your BSN. If you intend to stay in the Netherlands for less than four months, registration in to the personal record database is not obligated. If you still want a citizen service number, you must register in the personal record database of the city you live in. 

We can help you make an appointment to get your BSN number, but you must go to the appointment yourself. 
You need a valid ID, BSN number on an original document from either the Tax Authorities or City (Hall) you are registered in, and a European bank account number (IBAN) in your name.
