For our client ID Logistics in Etten-Leur (near Breda) we are looking for orderpickers. Are you looking for a nice job in a logisitics environment during the lockdown? Are you a go-getter and do you want to be a part of the distribution of the products for the company Media Markt? Then read on quickly because this might be your new job!

All the online orders are shipped from this warehouse to the customers and stores throughout the whole Netherlands and you are mainly responsible for this.
Together with your colleagues you will collect the received orders from the racks where the products are stored. You scan these products with a hand scanner and if you own an EPT-certificate, you can also use the truck to stack and move the products from one place to another. You will also do packing activities and you are responsible to ensure that all orders leave the warehouse in the correct way and on time.

You are social and collegial because you will work in a team. You are full-time available and can work in two shifts between 07:00 - 16:00 and 16:00 -01: 00 and you do not mind working in the same shift for a few weeks in a row. Are you also available on weekends? Great! You also understand and speak the English language, because IDL is an international company.

Media Markt has seasonal peaks such as the well-known Tax free days and Black Friday. These periods naturally require some extra effort and therefore your flexibility during these days is greatly appreciated. You are motivated and available to start immediately!

About the company

ID Logistics is a lbig international company with various offices within the Netherlands such as in Etten-Leur, Tilburg and Den-Bosch, but also the rest of Europe, America, Asia and Africa. In these warehouse, IDL is responsible for the distribution of her big customers. In the Netherlands that's for example Media Markt, Sony, Makro and Intratuin.
At ID Logistics in Etten-Leur we work in two shifts. The working hours are from 07:00- 16:00 and from 16:00- 01:00 and during these hours you will help with the processing, collection and packing of the orders.
The warehouse is easy to get to by car from Breda, Roosendaal and Tilburg.

What we offer

  • A full-time job of 40 hours per week.

  • The gross hourly wage is € 10.49 from the age of 21 (excluding shift work allowance).
  • A allowance of 20% if you work after 18;00.
  • Travel expenses are also inculded (from 10 km one way).
  • No experience? No problem! On your first working day you will be picked up by a buddy who will guide and train you throughout the day.
  • The possibility to be internally trained as an EPT or Reach truck driver.

Yes, we are a member of ABU: the branch organization of the temporary employment sector. This organization guarantees that its members act according to the Dutch law. 
You are more than welcome at our office in Venlo, where our recruiters can talk to you in either Dutch, English, German and/or Polish.
If you work via Start People it is possible to, I some cases,  use one of our collective health insurance policies. However, if you want to stay in The Netherlands for a longer period of time, we advise you to arrange health insurance yourself.  
Some companies we work with only offer day shifts, but the most companies offer several shifts (morning-, day and night shifts). It is often not possible to work structurally in one specific shift.
Unfortunately, one of these three languages is required to find a job via Start People. It is important that you can communicate with our colleagues and your manager at work.
Yes, you can choose between a weekly or a 4-weekly payment of your salary.
If you want to work in The Netherlands, you should be able to arrage your own transportation. Also, traveling together with other people is not preferred due to the flexibility you need for several jobs. 
Unfortunately, Start People does not offer housing. If you wish to work for Start People, you need to arrange housing in the Netherlands or in the Dutch border area.

If you have the intention to stay in the Netherlands for more than four months, you must register in the personal records database of the city you live in. To do this, go to the town hall of the city where you are going to live. You will then receive a citizen service number (BSN). With this number, your employer can register you, for example, at the Tax Authorities/ Doctors, hospitals and pharmacies can also ask you for your BSN. For more information, visit the website of the City where you live or visit www.burgerservicenummer.nl.

If you intend to stay in the Netherlands for less than four months, registration in to the personal record database is not obligated. If you still want a citizen service number, you must register in the personal record database of the city you live in. 

We can help you make an appointment to get your BSN number, but you must go to the appointment yourself. 
You need a valid ID, BSN number on an original document from either the Tax Authorities or City (Hall) you are registered in, and a European bank account number (IBAN) in your name.
