We are looking for warehouse employees for the Media Markt warehouse in Etten-Leur. You contribute to the logistics process and you are the one who ensures that customers receive the right packages and that they also arrive on time. It is possible to work in two shifts, but you can also choose to work in the day shift. The orders are prepared using a reach truck or EPT, but there are also options for picking the orders with a hand scanner. It is therefore not mandatory to be in possession of valid certificates for this position.

In the day shift you work from 08:00 to 17:00.
In the two shifts it is possible to work from 06:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 00:00 or from 07:00 to 16:00 and from 16:00 to 01:00.

Job requirements

We are looking for someone who suits the following requirements:

  • You are available full-time, 40 hours a week;
  • You master the English language;
  • You have your own transport to get to the location in Etten-Leur;
  • Work experience in logistics is a plus;
  • You are a hard worker and flexible.

Because Media Markt has various promotions such as Black Friday, VAT days, etc., it can happen that you are asked to work extra, ID Logistics appreciates flexibility in this.

About the company

You will be working for ID Logistics in Etten-Leur, a large logistics organization. ID Logistics is located in Europe, America, Asia and Africa. In the Netherlands they have offices in Amsterdam, Tilburg, Den Bosch and Etten-Leur. You take care of the logistics process for customers such as: Media Markt, Nespresso, Vakantieveilingen, Makro, etc.

At the workplace there is an informal working atmosphere and you will work in a team full of enthusiastic colleagues.

What we offer

We can offer you the following things:

  • A gross hourly wage of €10.98;
  • In the two shifts you will receive extra allowances (after 18:00 you will receive an extra 20% and after 00:00 you will receive a bonus of 40%);

If you want to work in The Netherlands, you should be able to arrage your own transportation. Also, traveling together with other people is not preferred due to the flexibility you need for several jobs. 
Unfortunately, Start People does not offer housing. If you wish to work for Start People, you need to arrange housing in the Netherlands or in the Dutch border area.

If you have the intention to stay in the Netherlands for more than four months, you must register in the personal records database of the city you live in. To do this, go to the town hall of the city where you are going to live. You will then receive a citizen service number (BSN). With this number, your employer can register you, for example, at the Tax Authorities/ Doctors, hospitals and pharmacies can also ask you for your BSN. For more information, visit the website of the City where you live or visit www.burgerservicenummer.nl.

If you intend to stay in the Netherlands for less than four months, registration in to the personal record database is not obligated. If you still want a citizen service number, you must register in the personal record database of the city you live in. 

We can help you make an appointment to get your BSN number, but you must go to the appointment yourself. 
You need a valid ID, BSN number on an original document from either the Tax Authorities or City (Hall) you are registered in, and a European bank account number (IBAN) in your name.
