Our team is looking and recruiting new warehouse and logistics employees to work in Intratuin warehouse of our client IDL in Den Bosch. Are you a candidate that we are looking for? Than keep reading for more information!!

As a logistiek/warehouse employee your job can contain the following tasks:

  • Unloading the trucks that have arrived. The goods need to be unloaded out the trailers and stored on pallets;
  • Quality control of the incoming goods (visual and damage control);
  • Lining up the and transporting products to the correct storage locations;
  • Picking orders with the hand scanner;
  • Preparing products for shipment;
  • Picking with EPT;
  • Collecting products for shipment to the customer;
  • Final control of finished products before they leave the warehouse.

Because of the big amount of the goods that are coming in and out of the warehouse, ID-Logistics works in a 2 shift system.
It is required that you are able to work both shift. One week, the early shift and the week after that the late shift. Workdays are from Monday to Friday and sometimes there is overtime and extra work on the weekend.
The shift times are:
1st shift: 06.00 - 15.00 o'clock.
2nd shift: 15.00 - 00.00 o'clock.

Job requirements

We are looking for new employees with a positive mindset and someone who is eager to start working in a new warehouse! We are recruiting to fill the positions such as: a magazijnmedewerker / logistiek medewerker / warehouse employe.

What do we expect from you?

  • You are physically fit, and you are able to move boxes or walk the entire workday;
  • Experience in a warehouse is a plus;
  • You speak good English. Communicative or fluent level needed to insure good teamwork and coordination;
  • You are willing and ready to work in the early and in the late shifts. (ploegendienst). Working in one of the shifts is not possible;

About the company

ID-Logistics is a client and partner of Start People. In their new warehouse in Den Bosch, they are working for their client Intratuin. In the warehouse you will encounter all kinds of products that are sold at garden centers but also al kinds of products for pets.

It is important that you have your own transport to get to Den Bosch. It is easy to reach from Oss, Tilburg, Uden, Kaatsheuvel en Waalwijk and the surrounding area by car.

What we offer

In exchange of your help, we offer you the following:

  • The gross Hourly payment of €10,98 until 18:00. After 18:00 you receive the salary of €13,18 per hour;
  • Fulltime working will bring you €1,700,- netto;
  • Travel expenses starting from 10 km;
  • 8,33 % holiday pay and 25 holidays per year;
  • A job with the possibility to earn a permanent contract at IDL (tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast);
  • A clean work environment where the safety of the colleagues is very important;
  • Working in a team to reach the goals together.

Yes, we are a member of ABU: the branch organization of the temporary employment sector. This organization guarantees that its members act according to the Dutch law. 
You are more than welcome at our office in Venlo, where our recruiters can talk to you in either Dutch, English, German and/or Polish.
If you work via Start People it is possible to, I some cases,  use one of our collective health insurance policies. However, if you want to stay in The Netherlands for a longer period of time, we advise you to arrange health insurance yourself.  
Some companies we work with only offer day shifts, but the most companies offer several shifts (morning-, day and night shifts). It is often not possible to work structurally in one specific shift.
Unfortunately, one of these three languages is required to find a job via Start People. It is important that you can communicate with our colleagues and your manager at work.
Yes, you can choose between a weekly or a 4-weekly payment of your salary.
If you want to work in The Netherlands, you should be able to arrage your own transportation. Also, traveling together with other people is not preferred due to the flexibility you need for several jobs. 
Unfortunately, Start People does not offer housing. If you wish to work for Start People, you need to arrange housing in the Netherlands or in the Dutch border area.

If you have the intention to stay in the Netherlands for more than four months, you must register in the personal records database of the city you live in. To do this, go to the town hall of the city where you are going to live. You will then receive a citizen service number (BSN). With this number, your employer can register you, for example, at the Tax Authorities/ Doctors, hospitals and pharmacies can also ask you for your BSN. For more information, visit the website of the City where you live or visit www.burgerservicenummer.nl.

If you intend to stay in the Netherlands for less than four months, registration in to the personal record database is not obligated. If you still want a citizen service number, you must register in the personal record database of the city you live in. 

We can help you make an appointment to get your BSN number, but you must go to the appointment yourself. 
You need a valid ID, BSN number on an original document from either the Tax Authorities or City (Hall) you are registered in, and a European bank account number (IBAN) in your name.
In The Netherlands, it is not allowed to charge money for job placement services. Therefore, our services are free.
