For one of the leaders in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Digital Experience Coordinator.

In this role as Digital Experience Coordinator you will be part of the digital marketing team. You'll be working at the marketing department of the European headquarters located at Schiphol.

Being point of contact between the Digital Experience Team and local webmasters, your purpose is to provide an excellent level of service to local webmasters, coordinate the adoption of European content and new website functionalities.

You make sure that all of the content is up to date through Adobe Experience Manager and CommerceTools. You report on website usage and engagement using Google Analytics, secure dashboard creation.

To make sure the company is up to date with all the latest trends, you are well abreast of all innovations and benchmark of the automotive industry.

Your main accountabilities will be:

  • Implementing European content and secure timely rollout to and implementation in local websites;
  • Improve user experience and keep content accurate;
  • Provide a superior level of customer support to local webmasters;
  • Coordinate and facilitate the timely adaption and publication of relevant European content into the local websites;
  • Analyze the digital data and provide direction for improvements in approach including user experience;
  • Provide relevant reporting to the Key Stakeholders of all digital tools in a regular basis.

Job requirements

You bring experience with digital Marketing and creative and innovative ideas. You consider yourself to be a fast learner and with your pro-active attitude you get things done. You are happy to support the business and truly devoted to customer success. Therefore you are a motivated and inspirational colleague.

You bring:

  • A bachelor or Master degree in a relevant direction, preferably in Marketing;
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience;
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and other corporate CMS systems;
  • Functional knowledge and expierence in the field of Digital Marketing;
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, SalesForce, JIRA, HTML and CSS are an advantage;
  • A fluent proficiency in the English language, any other European language is an advantage.

You will be working for one of the biggest companies in the automotive industry. This dynamic organization continues to grow and develop. You will be working at the European headquarters, located at Schiphol-Rijk. Here they are responsible for the sales, marketing, distribution, research and development and manufacturing of parts, engines and European developed motor products. They have a wide range of products, such as motorcycles, scooters, outboard engines, boats, intelligent machinery and many more.
With the central location at Schiphol, it is easily accessible from Amsterdam, Leiden, Haarlem.

Yes, we are a member of ABU: the branch organization of the temporary employment sector. This organization guarantees that its members act according to the Dutch law.

Unfortunately, Start People does not offer housing. If you wish to work for Start People, you need to arrange housing in the Netherlands or in the Dutch border area.

If you have the intention to stay in the Netherlands for more than four months, you must register in the personal records database of the city you live in. To do this, go to the town hall of the city where you are going to live. You will then receive a citizen service number (BSN). With this number, your employer can register you, for example, at the Tax Authorities/ Doctors, hospitals and pharmacies can also ask you for your BSN. If you intend to stay in the Netherlands for less than four months, registration in to the personal record database is not obligated. If you still want a citizen service number, you must register in the personal record database of the city you live in. 

We can help you make an appointment to get your BSN number, but you must go to the appointment yourself. 
You need a valid ID, BSN number on an original document from either the Tax Authorities or City (Hall) you are registered in, and a European bank account number (IBAN) in your name.
In The Netherlands, it is not allowed to charge money for job placement services. Therefore, our services are free.
