Job Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care Officer with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • MBO/HBO degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience in B2B customer care or order management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player, collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive and cooperative work environment
  • Team player with problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate resolutions
