• Prepare metal surfaces for treatment
• Operate the blasting line
• Apply schoopering techniques for rust resistance
• Conduct quality checks to uphold excellence
• Contribute to maintaining high client standards

• Monthly salary from €3075 to €3185 gross for 40h workweek.
• Permanent contract for long-term stability.
• Full-time role, 40 hours per week, with shift flexibility.
• 38 days off annually to relax and recharge.

• Experience with metal conservation and grit-corundum blasting
• Operating overhead crane is advantageous
• Familiarity with schoopering process is a plus
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English
• Willingness to work in shifts
