English Speaking Welder Operator

As an orbital welder you will be part of the team in the cleanroom and responsible for welding thin-walled stainless steel pipes for various international customers. You will work independently with the customer's assignment and the technical drawing. It is a varied and challenging job because the assignments are often single pieces or small series.

You will work with multiple types of welding heads and you independently program welding programs to determine the welding sequence. The stainless steel pipes vary from 5, 7, 9 to 20 mm in diameter with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 mm. You also carry out final checks on the workpiece yourself so that your colleagues are assured of an exactly fitting part and this can be processed immediately in the next step.

• A fulltime job in 2-shifts with perspective of a permanent contract;

• The salary indication is € 3200 - 3800 gross per month based on 40 hours per week (this includes shift allowance);
• 25 vacation days per year on a full-time basis and 8.33% holiday pay;

• You have some experience with TIG welding and experience with installing or programming machines and precison work;
• You have a technical education and you can read technical drawing;
• You work precisely and in accordance with procedures to guarantee quality;
• You have your own accommodation and live in the area of Nijmegen;
• You have a good command of the Dutch or English language in word and writing;
• Finally, you can work in a 2-shift schedule (06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00).

You will be part of a growing high-tech organization in the area of Nijmegen. Here you will join the team in the cleanroom as an Orbital Welder and you will work in a 2-shift schedule. The work location is easily accessible by car from, for example, Arnhem, Wageningen, Tiel or Oss and also from places in the German border area such as Kleve or Goch.
