In this position, the HR Analyst will provide support to the HR team, and will become an integral part of it. You will help to build and maintain a high performing organization.
Create or support local country HR with creating HR Records in Oracle for new hires and update Oracle based on organizational changes (promotions/internal moves);
Draft and issue addendum and employee letters as required;
Help to establish new and revise existing job description with Managers.
Prepare and update HR Analytics, Recruitment information, overtime, training participation, vacation and offer support in preparing final reports and presentations;
Assist with tracking soft skills training, Leadership programs and mandatory trainings with use of the Measurement Solutions training dashboard;
Offer support on Oraclemodule, Time & Attendance and other modules as required;
Offer support in preparing the All Employees Meeting;
Analyze HR processes and present improvement solutions of automation and better efficiency;
Assist with any Company/HR requirements;
