Your work directly contributes to the durability and reliability of our products, making them ready for coating and long-term use. - Operate the blasting line to guarantee optimal surface treatment
- Apply schoopering techniques to protect products from rust and corrosion
- Perform quality checks to maintain our high standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals and maintain a safe workplace

- A monthly salary between €3,400 and €3,700 gross, based on a 40-hour workweek.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Blaster to join our dedicated conservation team. In this role you will help ensure that every metal product meets the highest standards for durability and appearance, preparing surfaces for long-term protection and high-quality finishes.

- Solid experience with metal conservation and grit-corundum blasting, with the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality surface preparation
- Familiarity with the schoopering process, which is considered a strong advantage for protecting products against rust and corrosion
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English so you can communicate effectively with team members and follow safety instructions
- Experience operating overhead cranes, which will be viewed as a valuable plus
- A willingness to work in shifts, showing flexibility and reliability in a production environment that runs on a set schedule
