Machine Operator

Are you an experienced operator and is working 5-shifts perfect for you? Then this is the job you are looking for!

For an average of €3000,- (can go up to €3300,-) gross per month you will work as a machine operator at a company in Elst that specializes in hard plastic packaging for many well-known consumer companies worldwide in the food and beverage industry, cosmetics, personal care and household appliances. You will report directly to the team leader and production manager and be part of the team. Are there machine stops? Then you analyze and report it and check the errors on the control cameras. Furthermore, you support the shift leader in different aspects such as production reports, minimizing losses and maintenance of the machines. Then you process the mould changes and complete the rest of your tasks.

You will work in 5-shift operation with times from 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 06:00.

• Gross monthly salary that falls between €2850,- and €3300,- (including 28% shift bonus). This depends on your experience;
• A fulltime work week in 5-shifts;
• A temporary job with the opportunity for a permanent contract with good performance;

Are you willing to learn and do you have knowledge of machinery and do you also have:

• MBO 2/3 working and thinking level;
• Work experience in a production environment;
• Experience with changing parts on machines;
• Good communication in Dutch and English;
• Experience with HACCP and hygiene protocols.

Physical requirements and work environment:

• The organization provides all tools necessary to perform the job (tools and personal protective equipment);
• Overall, the work is not mentally demanding;
• The environment in which work is performed is very hygienic;
