Operator Bakery 3 Shifts

As an operator baker, you will contribute to the heart of our production process, crafting luxurious confectionery that delights customers across the Netherlands. You'll tackle the fast-paced dynamics of a bustling production environment, where your knack for quality and efficiency will shine. With a team of 6-10 colleagues, expect daily challenges that will test your problem-solving skills, particularly when it comes to machine malfunctions. Your experience in the food industry, coupled with a proactive approach to safety and maintenance, will be pivotal in delivering our artisanal baked goods to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Operation: set up and adjust machines for various production lines, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Maintenance: swiftly address minor disruptions and escalate major issues to maintain workflow.
• Quality control: inspect products to meet our stringent quality benchmarks.
• Safety: adhere to safety protocols, keeping your workspace orderly and hazard-free.
• Efficiency: monitor production progress, optimizing settings to enhance output without compromising quality.

• Salary range from €2600 to €3300 gross every 4 weeks
• Temporary contract with prospects of a permanent position
• Flexible working hours, ranging from 16 to 38 hours per week
• 34% shift allowance for evening and night hours

Seeking a dedicated operator with a zeal for crafting quality baked goods and a commitment to efficiency and safety.

• Speaks Dutch, English, or German
• 2+ years in a production setting
• Food industry experience preferred
• HACCP knowledge advantageous
• MBO 1/2 in production field
