About the position
As a Basic Operator, you play a key role in ensuring a smooth production process within one of our five shifts. You’ll work in a close-knit team where collaboration and an informal atmosphere are central. You’ll ensure that production runs according to strict hygiene protocols and maintain the high quality of our products — a critical task, as we work with carcinogenic substances in the factory.
Your responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh raw materials according to prescribed specifications.
- Prepare pastes and load heating tanks and ovens.
- Perform grinding and sieving operations and monitor process progress.
- Work in a clean and structured way in line with established procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere.
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary between €3,130 and €3,404.
- 43.08% shift allowance on top of your base salary.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Average workweek of 31.5 hours.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
- 8.33% holiday pay and 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment).
