Upcoming operator 3 shifts

As an upcoming operator in Liquid Compounding at International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF), you will play an important role in our production process. You will be transforming liquid ingredients into flavors that touch lives globally. We're looking for someone with a knack for precision, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work comfortably with strong-smelling substances. Your flexibility, stress resilience, and focus on safety and hygiene will be key in succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring machines for the precise weighing and mixing of ingredients.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure production standards are met.
• Effectively communicating with colleagues and reporting progress and issues to supervisors.
• Preparing raw materials and setting up production batches according to established procedures.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment to ensure workplace hygiene and safety.

• Salary between €3,300 and €3,500 per month.
• Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
• Full-time role (32-40 hours per week).
• Travel allowance starting from 10 kilometers.
• Pension plan from your first week of employment.

• Availability to work in 3 shifts.
• Experience in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
• Flexibility, stress resilience, and a strong focus on safety and hygiene.
• Comfortable working with strong-smelling raw materials.
