As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for the following activities:
- You will coordinate all Field Service related acivities according to the concerning procedures;
- You are overall responsible for Field Service planning, implementing, improving and monitoring activities related to Field Service Department;
- You will process all the administration and documentation for Field Service;
- You will handle complaint entry and the follow-up;
- Contract administration direct/ indirect markets.
Wie ben je?
The following skills are requierd:
- 3 years of work experience in a customer service oriented environment;
- High School education (HBO);
- Your have strong communication, organizational and analytical skills;
- Your English is good, verbal and written;
- You have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask;
- You live whitin 30 km from Leusden.
