As their Trade Compliance Specialist, you help guarantee compliance with import and export regulations in these markets, while ensuring alignment with our company policies and procedures.
In this position you will proactively gather relevant legislation and regulations, analyze them, and support their implementation within the organization. Since Trade Compliance matters impact the company in numerous ways, you will interact with colleagues in various departments not only in the Netherlands, but also globally.
You will report to Trade Compliance Manager and will assist in developing but also deploying company policies relating to Trade Compliance matters. Regulations can change quickly and have a major impact on market access, making this work dynamic and diverse. The scope of this position includes ensuring and supporting implementation of effective global trade network resources both within and outside the company that minimizes costs while assuring compliance with global and local governmental laws/regulations.
