Mmmm ..... from Mora, that's what everyone says when they eat the delicious products of Mora. Before you eat your tasty croquette; there is a whole process that our croquette friends go through! You can be part of this process. So read on!
As a production employee you are jointly responsible for production at Mora. Your work mainly consists of; folding boxes, stacking boxes, sorting out snacks, throwing in snacks (the snacks are thrown into a large funnel after they are packed in bags of max. 15 kg), cleaning your workplace, bringing full pallets to the storage and keeping them up to date of the rinsing kitchen (here all crates and trays of production are cleaned). Production work is diverse, every day there are other production lines on which you will be scheduled. This makes the work varied. If you work properly, there are opportunities to follow different training courses that are relevant to production staff within Mora.

We are looking for the match for our croquettes. The croquettes do want to be well cared for and therefore have a few requirements that the new employee has to have:
> Is flexible and willing to work in 3-shift services;
> Has a positive attitude;
> Quick hands, endurance;
> Always like to work in a team;
> Has no problem with call services;
> Is in possession of own transport in connection with on-call work;
> Living around Maastricht (in connection with on-call work);
> Like to work in the food industry .;
> Read and understand Dutch;

At Mora Production B.V. High-quality snacks are produced in Maastricht for hotels, catering industry and the retail trade. Examples of this are croquettes, frikadellen and spring rolls. Nice fact! Did you know that Mora not only produces for Mora, but also makes croquettes for Mac Donalds, Lidl and other companies.
Wat bieden wij jou?
> Three working days per week is guaranteed. (Full time is not guaranteed. Some weeks you work 24 hours and some 40 hours.)
> You receive shiftwork allowance on the afternoon and evening shift. (18: 00-24: 00 -> 33%) (24: 00-06: 00 -> 35%);
> Travel allowance;
The function is for 18 years and older:
> First year's salary € 11.64 p / h;
> Second year salary € 12.65 per hour;
> With proper functioning, it is possible to work at Mora for a longer period of time phase A (1.5 years) and phase B (4 years).
