About the position
As a Cleanroom Operator, you'll help prepare high-precision components before they move to the next stage of production. Every part you inspect, clean, and package contributes to the quality and reliability of advanced technical systems used worldwide.
Your daily tasks include:- Inspecting incoming parts and materials
- Cleaning and drying components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment
- Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel components
- Packaging finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment
- Preparing shipping labels and production documentation
- Following cleanroom procedures and quality standards
- Registering completed products and transferring them to the logistics department
- Suggesting improvements to increase quality and efficiency

- Gross monthly salary between €3,571 and €3,650, including shift allowance
- Full-time position in a two-shift schedule (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00)
- Prospect of a permanent contract
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
- €0.25 per kilometre travel allowance

Job Requirements
You also have:
- Full-time availability and willingness to work in two shifts
- Basic technical experience or an interest in practical technical work
- Experience using hand tools and production equipment
- Basic computer skills
- Experience reading technical drawings is an advantage
- Experience in manufacturing or a cleanroom environment is a plus
- Good English and/or Dutch language skills
- A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Your own accommodation and reliable transportation
