About the position
As a cleanroom operator, you will contribute to ensuring that high-tech products meet strict quality standards before progressing to the next stage of production. You will work in a structured and modern cleanroom environment, where precision and attention to detail are key. This role offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills while being part of a collaborative and innovative team.
What You Will Do:
- Inspecting: incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Cleaning: components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensuring they are properly dried.
- Removing: weld discoloration from stainless steel parts to maintain product standards.
- Packaging: finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment, adhering to strict guidelines.
- Preparing: shipping labels and related documentation for logistics purposes.
What we offer
We offer:
- A gross monthly salary between €3,571 and €3,650, including shift allowance.
- A full-time position in a two-shift system (06.00-14.30 / 14.30-23.00).
- Prospect for a permanent contract.
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.25 per kilometre.

Job Requirements
- Are available full-time and willing to work in shifts.
- Have basic technical experience and enjoy practical work.
- Can work with hand tools and production equipment.
- Have basic computer skills.
- Can read technical drawings (preferred but not required).
- Have experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment (a plus).
- Speak English and/or Dutch.
- Work accurately and pay attention to detail.
- Have your own accommodation and transportation.
- Have a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
