About the position
As a Logistics Employee, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations at our modern logistics facility in Eindhoven. You will work in an innovative environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.With your logistics experience and skills operating an EPT, forklift, and reach truck, you will help ensure that customers around the world receive their orders quickly, accurately, and on time. Every day, you'll contribute to an efficient supply chain while working with advanced warehouse systems and the latest logistics technology.Your responsibilities include:
- Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming goods for quantity, quality, and accompanying documentation;
- Registering and processing incoming goods and stock movements accurately in SAP;
- Storing goods in the correct warehouse locations and replenishing picking locations;
- Picking orders using scanners and ensuring accurate administrative processing;
- Transporting goods internally using a reach truck, forklift, or EPT;
- Processing and registering orders in SAP to maintain accurate inventory and order administration;
- Supporting inventory management, cycle counts, and identifying stock discrepancies;
- Checking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment;
- Contributing to logistics improvement initiatives based on Lean and Continuous Improvement principles.

- Gross monthly salary between €3,375 and €4,000, including ADV and shift allowances, depending on your shift schedule;
- A full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract;
- A 40-hour workweek, initially in day shifts with the possibility of moving into a 2-shift schedule;
- 27 vacation days plus 8% holiday allowance;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 net per kilometre;

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated logistics professional who enjoys working in a structured warehouse environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You also have:
- Availability for full-time work and the ability to start in the short term;
- Willingness to work day shifts and a 2-shift rotation when required;
- At least 3 years of experience in a logistics position;
- Experience operating a reach truck; experience with a forklift and EPT is highly preferred;
- Valid logistics certificates are an advantage;
- Your own transportation and accommodation within commuting distance of Eindhoven;
- A physically fit, accurate, and quality-focused approach to work;
- Experience with SAP is a strong advantage;
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written; Dutch is a plus;
- A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
