About the position
As a warehouse worker at GLS, you will contribute to ensuring that packages are processed efficiently and reach their destinations on time. Working in the evening shift, you’ll collaborate closely with your team to handle incoming and outgoing shipments in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires physical activity, attention to detail, and adaptability to work in a sometimes cold setting.
What You Will Do:
- Unloading: carefully unload packages from incoming trucks.
- Sorting: organize packages based on their destination for efficient processing.
- Loading: stack and load packages into outgoing trucks for timely deliveries.
- Maintaining: assist with cleaning and tidying the workspace to ensure a safe environment.
- Physical tasks: engage in walking, standing, and lifting throughout your shift.

- Hourly salary of €14.99, excluding additional allowances.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Work schedule of 24 to 40 hours per week.
- Evening shift allowance of 8.75% from 20:00 to 00:00.
- Night shift allowence of 11.25% from 00:00 to 05:00.
- Extra allowence of 50% on Friday night.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer.
- 8% holiday allowance and flexible weekly or 4-weekly salary payments.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated logistics team player who thrives in a dynamic and hands-on environment.
- Available Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 23:00 or 23.00 - 08.00.
- Physically capable of performing active, physical tasks.
- Comfortable working in a cold environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong teamwork skills.
