About the position
As a logistics employee in the night shift at GLS, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth processing of packages. Working in a fast-paced and physical environment, you’ll contribute to the timely delivery of shipments to customers. Your tasks will require precision, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to working in a cold environment. If you’re someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a dynamic setting, this role is for you.
What You Will Do:
- Unload: packages from trucks and sort them based on their destination.
- Load: and stack packages into trucks for shipment.
- Perform: physical tasks such as walking, standing, and lifting packages (up to 30 kg).
- Assist: with cleaning and tidying up the workspace at the end of your shift.
- Follow: safety guidelines and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.

- Hourly salary of €14.99, excluding additional allowances.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Work schedule of 24-40 hours per week, fixed night shifts.
- Night allowances: 11.25% (00:00-05:00), 8.75% (05:00-07:00), and 50% extra on Friday nights.
- 8% holiday allowance and €0.23 per km travel reimbursement.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic, physical night-shift environment.
- Available Monday to Friday, 00:00-09:00.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 23 kg.
- Willing to work in a cold environment.
- Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required.
