About the position
As an operator, you’ll be at the heart of the production process, contributing to the creation of sustainable raw materials for the agricultural industry. You’ll work in a modern, clean production environment alongside a motivated team, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Your technical expertise and proactive mindset will help maintain smooth operations in a 3-shift system, while your attention to detail ensures compliance with hygiene protocols and production goals.
What You Will Do:- Collecting: raw materials and preparing supplies for production.
- Setting up: and operating various machines, including process mixers.
- Monitoring: key parameters during production to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Operating: packaging machines in a cleanroom environment.
- Performing: quality checks by taking and submitting samples, and troubleshooting equipment issues when necessary.

- A gross monthly salary between €4,125 and €4,375, including shift allowance and annual bonus, based on 40 hours per week.
- A permanent contract prospect in a full-time role.
- Work 40 hours per week in a 3-shift system.
- 25 paid vacation days per year plus 8% holiday allowance.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a proactive operator with technical expertise and a commitment to quality in a dynamic production environment.
- MBO+ technical education and experience in food or chemical industries.
- Good command of the English language.
- Knowledge of protocols and hygienic standards; cleanroom experience is a plus.
- Technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
- Own accommodation and reliable transport.
