About the position
As an operator food industry at FrieslandCampina in Wolvega, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our packaging lines in a dynamic, automated production environment. Working in a 3-shift schedule, your role requires technical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on quality. Together with your team, you will ensure our products meet the highest standards while actively supporting process improvements.
What You Will Do:
- Manage: the complete packaging line to ensure efficient production processes.
- Identify: technical issues and communicate them with your team or technical specialists.
- Perform: periodic maintenance to keep the machinery in optimal condition.
- Inspect: product quality in compliance with H.A.C.C.P. guidelines.
- Record: administrative data related to production processes accurately.

- Hourly salary starting at €17.13, excluding shift allowance.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role in a 3-shift schedule (40 hours per week).
- 8% holiday allowance and a 5% year-end bonus.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer, up to €13.80 daily.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive operator who values quality and teamwork.
- Experience in production, preferably food industry.
- Work quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety (preferred).
- Full-time availability for 3-shift rotation.
- Proficient in Dutch or English communication.
