About the position
Your role as a proces operator at Aalberts Almere includes working in a structured environment where precision and technical skills are key. You will contribute to the production of high-quality metal components using modern machinery and clear processes. With your eye for detail and proactive mindset, you’ll help ensure that our products meet the highest standards while also identifying opportunities for improvement in our workflows.
What You Will Do:
- Assemble: components and products according to detailed work instructions.
- Operate: set up and manage machines to support the production process effectively.
- Inspect: check products for quality and functionality, reporting any deviations promptly.
- Package: prepare products for shipment, ensuring compliance with specified requirements.
- Improve: contribute ideas for process optimization and maintain a safe and organized workplace.
What we offer
- Salary up to €3,550 gross per month (including shift allowance).
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week) in a two-shift schedule.
