About the position
As a Production Operator 5 Shifts, you'll work in a modern production environment where plastic industrial containers are manufactured. You'll spend your day moving materials, assembling components, inspecting products, and keeping the production line running smoothly. - Assemble steel pallets and frames for industrial containers.
- Prepare metal components for the production process.
- Inspect finished products and perform quality checks.
- Resolve minor production issues and support colleagues when needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
What we offer
What you can expect:
- Gross hourly wage of €21.53, including shift allowance.
- 5-shift schedule with 2 morning shifts, 2 evening shifts, 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off.
- Full-time position (average 33.6 hours per week).

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a production environment.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work throughout the shift.
- Own transportation to travel to Oosterhout.
- Able to work in a rotating 5-shift schedule.
- Able to communicate in English.
