About the position
At Rockwool in Roermond, you’ll be an integral part of the production process for our high-quality stone wool products. Working in a dynamic environment where innovation and sustainability go hand in hand, you’ll ensure that operations run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:- Operating a forklift to move, load, and unload products efficiently and safely.
- Handling various production machines to maintain a seamless production process.
- Performing manual tasks that support the creation of our products.
- Keeping your workspace clean and conducting light maintenance on machinery.
- Collaborating across departments and working on different production lines as per the schedule.

- A gross hourly wage of €19.05 plus a 28.5% shift allowance;
- A temporary contract with the possibility of extension;
- Net travel allowance per kilometer to fairly compensate your commuting costs;
- The option to choose between weekly or four-weekly salary payments, depending on your preference;

Job Requirements
- A valid forklift certificate and proven experience in safely operating a forklift;
- Availability to work in a 5-shift schedule from June 1st through September 30th (with the possibility of extension);
- Own transportation to reach the work location in Roermond;
- Good command of the Dutch or English language;
- A proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
