About the position
As a productiemedewerker, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our production lines in Waddinxveen. Working in a clean and organized environment, you will play an important role in producing, packaging, and preparing our delicious products for shipment. What You Will Do:
- Operate: ensuring production machines run smoothly and efficiently.
- Replenish: timely refilling of materials and ingredients to keep the production lines running.
- Package: packaging products according to quality standards.
- Resolve: identifying minor issues and reporting them to colleagues or the technical team when necessary.
- Collaborate: working in a team to maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere.

- An hourly wage of €17.33, increasing after 26 weeks.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role of 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented production worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values efficiency.
- Physically fit; comfortable with lifting and standing long hours.
- Enjoys working at a high tempo with sustained focus.
- Prior production experience is a plus, but not required.
- Own transportation (bike or car) to reach the location.
- Available for a full-time 36-hour workweek, Monday to Friday.
