About the position
You work with a mobile weighing station, preparing and mixing raw materials based on clear recipes while supporting the production process.
What You Will Do:- Weighing: accurately measure and collect raw materials (up to ±30 per batch) using a mobile weighing station.
- Following recipes: adhere to detailed production instructions to ensure consistent product quality.
- Mixing: prepare and mix raw materials to create products according to specifications.
- Monitoring: oversee machine operations and ensure they run smoothly during your shift.
What we offer
- €20.94/hour including shift allowance
- Base: €17.38 + 20.5% shift allowance
- ± €3,630/month including allowance (40 hours)
- 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance
- 13 ADV + 13th month
- €0.23/km travel allowance

Job Requirements
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional with production experience, eager to thrive in a dynamic 3-shift environment.
- Proven experience in a production setting.
- Reliable, accurate, and detail-focused work approach.
- Comfortable with physical tasks and working with scents.
- Resides in or near the Tilburg area.
- VMBO education level or equivalent.
