About the position
As a reachtruck driver at FrieslandCampina in Wolvega, you play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our warehouse and production environment. Working in a 3-shift system, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently handling pallets, raw materials, and finished products. Your attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team will be key to maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.
What You Will Do:
- Operate: a reachtruck to transport pallets, raw materials, and finished products within the warehouse and production areas.
- Load and unload: trucks with precision, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently.
- Register: all pallet movements in the system to keep our logistics processes accurate and up-to-date.
- Identify: and report any issues, such as logistical bottlenecks or equipment malfunctions, to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate: with your team of approximately 20 colleagues to maintain a positive and productive working environment.

- €2680 gross per month, excluding shift allowance.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role (36–40 hours per week).
- Shift allowance up to 40%.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, up to €13.80 daily.
- 4% profit-sharing bonus with every payroll.
- Pension accrual starting from day one.
- Opportunities to grow into a Logistics Operator role.

- Valid reach truck certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Own transportation to Wolvega.
- Experience in logistics is a plus.
