About the position
At FrieslandCampina in Wolvega, your role as a reachtruck driver is vital to ensuring our logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. Working in a 3-shift system, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that handles the flow of goods, from raw materials to finished products. Your precision, teamwork, and proactive attitude will help maintain the high standards we’re known for, contributing directly to the production of sustainable dairy products enjoyed worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:- Operating a reachtruck to transport pallets, raw materials, and finished products within the warehouse and production areas.
- Loading and unloading trucks with care to ensure goods are handled safely and efficiently.
- Registering all pallet movements in the system to maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics records.
- Identifying and reporting logistical bottlenecks or equipment malfunctions to support smooth operations.
- Collaborating with a team of approximately 20 colleagues to foster a positive and productive work environment.
What we offer
- A gross monthly salary starting from €2680, excluding a shift allowance of up to 40%.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- A full-time role with 36–40 working hours per week in a 3-shift system.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, up to €13.80 daily, and pension accrual from day one.
- 4% profit-sharing bonus with every payroll and opportunities to grow into a Logistics Operator role.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a reliable and skilled reach truck driver.
- Valid reach truck certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Own transportation to Wolvega.
- Experience in logistics is a plus.
- Proficiency in Dutch or English.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is advantageous.
