About the position
As an operator outbound, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient shipping process of Abbott Vascular's innovative products. Working in a dynamic logistics environment, you will ensure that orders are prepared with precision and delivered on time. With your attention to detail and proactive mindset, you play a key role in maintaining the quality and safety of our shipments. You’ll also be part of a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement, while working in a structured two-shift schedule.
What You Will Do:
- Orderpicking: accurately collect orders based on a priority list
- Shipping: prepare products for shipment and ensure timely delivery
- Safety: adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
- Flexibility: work in two shifts and adapt to changing priorities
- Teamwork: actively participate in team meetings and foster a positive work environment

- Hourly wage of €15.15, excluding bonuses and year-end benefits.
- A monthly salary of over €3000.
- Temporary contract with potential for growth.
- Full-time role, 40 hours per week.
- Travel allowance from 6 km and free parking.
- 40% shift allowance for work after 19:00.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable logistics professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- VMBO diploma, preferably in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Experience in order picking, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Full-time availability and willingness to work in shifts.
- Physically capable of standing and lifting for extended periods.
