About the position
Your role as a customer service representative supply chain includes managing the entire Order-to-Cash process for your customer portfolio. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, proactively address challenges, and maintain strong relationships with customers. With your organizational skills and solution-oriented mindset, you’ll contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of processes.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate: orders from intake to delivery and invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Monitor: the supply chain to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate: with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to align on customer needs and operational priorities.
- Resolve: complaints by analyzing root causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
- Support: month-end closing activities, including managing financial discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy.

- A salary starting from €3,445 per month, based on experience

Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and organized professional with a strong background in customer service and supply chain, ready to thrive in a dynamic, international environment.
- Experience in Customer Service or Order-to-Cash processes
- Background in supply chain
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Fluent in English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus
