About the position
As a CNC Precision Operator, you are responsible for checking, validating, and testing high-precision products used in advanced gas and liquid distribution systems. You work in a high-tech production and quality environment where accuracy, consistency, and technical insight are essential.
Using specialized measuring and testing equipment, you ensure that machined and assembled components meet strict customer specifications and quality standards before final release.
You understand the importance of tolerances, technical drawings, and structured quality procedures. With your technical skills and eye for detail, you directly contribute to the reliability and performance of high-end industrial systems.
- Performing dimensional checks, validations, and product inspections using advanced measuring and testing equipment
- Conducting helium leak tests, pressure tests, and visual inspections on precision-manufactured components
- Working with high-tech gas and liquid systems within a cleanroom production environment
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, tolerances, manuals, and customer specifications
- Recording and processing measurement data and inspection results accurately
- Following structured work instructions, quality procedures, and validation plans
- Identifying small deviations or technical issues and ensuring smooth continuation of the inspection process
- Contributing to a high-quality production environment where precision is key
What we offer
- Full-time position in a 2-shift system
- Salary between €3,850 and €4,060 gross per month (including shift allowance, depending on experience)
- Prospect of a permanent contract

Job Requirements
- Completed technical education
- Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00)
- Good command of English (minimum B1 level), spoken and written
- Experience with measuring equipment, precision work, or technical inspections
- Experience reading technical drawings and working with tolerances
- Experience in CNC, machining, precision manufacturing, or quality control is highly valued
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in a structured production or high-tech environment is a plus
- Knowledge of gases, liquids, semiconductor, or oil & gas industries is an advantage
- Own accommodation and reliable transport
