About the position
As an operator at the packing department, you will play an active role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Working in our Moerdijk facility, you’ll handle a variety of tasks that contribute to the preparation and shipment of goods for a global leader in sustainable agriculture. What You Will Do:
- collecting and moving orders: using the forklift to gather and organize products;
- operating the sealing machine: ensuring products are securely sealed for shipment;
- troubleshooting minor technical issues: addressing small operational problems as they arise;
- preparing big bags: getting large bags ready for transport and ensuring proper labeling;
- setting up transport: preparing goods for shipment using a trailer truck.

- Monthly salary of €3,440 in dayashift (including year-end bonus) and in 2-shift system this will be € 3919 bruto per month (including year-end bonus).
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week in dayshift. In the future this may switch to 2 shifts.
- 25 vacation days, 8% holiday pay, and travel allowance.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and flexible team player with hands-on production experience and a proactive attitude.
- Full-time availability; interest in a permanent position.
- Must have own transport available; location is hard to reach without
- Must have own accommodation.
- Flexibility to work in a 2 shift system.
- Experience as a forklift driver; certification is a plus.
- Prior experience as a (machine) operator in production.
- Good command of Dutch, must be able to understand and speak basic Dutch (minimum of level B1).
