About the position
As a production worker, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality counterweights for mobile cranes, ensuring that each product meets our rigorous standards. Based in Nijmegen, you’ll join a close-knit team where craftsmanship and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. What You Will Do:
- grinding and sanding: smoothen cast iron parts using 230 grinding discs and chipping hammers to remove imperfections.
- quality control: inspect products to ensure they meet our high standards for finishing and precision.
- tool handling: operate hand tools such as grinders, sanders, and chipping hammers effectively and safely.
- workplace maintenance: maintain a clean and safe working environment to support efficient production processes.
- collaboration: work closely with your team to meet production goals and deliver top-quality products to international clients.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented production worker with a hands-on mentality and a focus on quality.
- Experience with grinding, sanding, or similar tasks is a plus.
- Proficiency in operating an overhead crane is highly preferred.
- Skilled in using tools and working with precision.
- Physically fit and eager to work hard.
- Fluent in Dutch or English, both spoken and written.
