About the position
As a production worker in our foundry located in Nijmegen, you will contribute to crafting high-quality counterweights for mobile cranes. Using modern techniques and hand tools, you will ensure that each product meets our strict quality standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a hands-on mentality, all within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
What You Will Do:
- Grinding and sanding: finishing castings using 230 grinding discs and chipping hammers.
- Removing imperfections: ensuring a smooth and clean finish for all products.
- Quality control: inspecting the finish and quality of the castings to meet our standards.
- Using tools: operating grinding machines, sanding tools, and chipping hammers effectively.
- Safety and cleanliness: maintaining a safe and organized workspace at all times.

- Monthly salary between €2,860 and €3,195 gross.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented production worker who thrives in a hands-on environment and values quality craftsmanship.
- Experience with grinding, sanding, or similar tasks is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating an overhead crane is a strong advantage.
- Skilled in using tools and working with precision.
- Physically fit and eager to work hard in a team.
- Fluent in Dutch or English, both spoken and written.
