As a Hightech Operator / Orbital Welder, you play a key role in producing high-precision stainless steel components for international clients. You work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment, handling both unique parts and small series with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and consistency.

Using advanced welding equipment, you program welding sequences, operate specialized welding heads, and ensure every product meets the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings to plan and execute your work
  • Preparing and aligning components to achieve maximum precision
  • Applying purging and forming techniques to ensure top-level weld quality
  • Performing detailed quality checks on finished products
  • Contributing ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and workflow
With your technical expertise, you ensure that thin-walled stainless steel tubes (5–20 mm diameter) are perfectly prepared for the assembly department.
You will work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00) within a motivated and professional team where collaboration, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement are highly valued.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a precise and technically skilled professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work:
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Experience in precision engineering or technical production
  • Welding experience (preferably TIG or orbital) is a strong advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality
  • Able to work independently while strictly following procedures
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • Good command of English or Dutch
  • Own accommodation and reliable transport
